THE COMPANY

Saddleback Associates is a commercial real estate company specializing in the development, acquisitions, dispositions, and management of industrial real estate.  Saddleback Associates was founded in 1978 by Rogers Severson and Raymond Smith.  Throughout it's history, Saddleback's primary focus has been on the development of business parks comprised of several small free-standing industrial buildings marketed for both sale and lease.  A majority of these developed properties were sold for profit and some were retained as part of the companies core real estate portfolio.  Saddleback currently owns and manages roughly 82 properties totaling over 1,000,000 square feet.  The properties are located throughout Southern California, Nevada, and Arizona.  Along with it's development efforts, Saddleback seeks to purchase both value add and long term investment properties.   After the passing of Mr. Severson in 2012 and Mr. Smith in 2018, the company continues to be held equally by the Severson Family, represented by Mark Severson and the Smith Family, represented by Tim Shook. Saddleback employs an experienced and knowledgeable staff who run all day to day operations from their office located in Mission Viejo, California.
